Those who are interested in kimonos and Japanese culture and like work involving people are welcome ★ [Main job description] ・Sales activities for retail stores and department stores nationwide (product proposals and transaction support) ・Planning, operation, and sales support for special events (sales events) ・Planning and drafting of new products and product development (understanding market needs and internal proposals) ・Meeting with Kyoto craftsmen and manufacturers (confirmation of manufacturing background, design, etc.) ・Planning and production of original products (collaboration with designers and flower arrangers, etc.) ・Proposals and improvement activities based on sales data and customer feedback ・Customer service/sales support for business partners and consumers (events, store support, etc.) * Since there are many tasks that require physical strength, such as preparing for events and carrying in products, it is a workplace where many male employees are active.
