See more ▼ Work contents / remarks ・Interpretation work via telephone between customers visiting the agency counter and storefront staff (or dedicated center staff) ・Service information retrieval and response history recording operations using a dedicated system, participation in meetings/training related to work, and ancillary work carried out in an integrated manner ・New staff development work such as mentoring next door seats Shift system: ■ early 8:45 to 17:15 ■ late 11:35 to 20:05 7.5 hour shift system (open all year round, with work on weekends and holidays, in principle 2 days off per week) ※We may ask you to work overtime during busy times. (10 to 15 hours/month) Transportation expenses will be paid up to 10,000 yen. ■Japanese Level: A level where you can understand and read the contents of the General Catalog.
