See more ▼ Work contents / remarks <Customer Service Operator at a Major Telecommunications Carrier> You will primarily handle enquiries at a helpdesk for foreign residents in Japan ・Handling new mobile phone contracts, carrier switches, and troubleshooting ・Providing initial support and gathering details in languages other than Japanese, such as English and Chinese *You will also provide customer support in Japanese ・Entering support history and customer information into a PC The role primarily involves using Japanese, English and Chinese 【Working Hours】 Early shift: 8:45–17:15 Late shift: 11:35–20:05 Both shifts involve 7 hours and 30 minutes of actual working time and a 1-hour break. You will be required to work both early and late shifts.
