See more ▼ Work contents / remarks ■Job description Front desk employees and related work in general ・Handling customer inquiries and reservations (telephone/email/web) ・Check-in/check-out management services ・Information on the room/building/surrounding facilities/transportation/sightseeing etc. for customers ・Luggage storage/handover/lost items/rental support ・Money transfer (clearing business) ・Operation of the accommodation reservation system ・Office work using printers, scanners, and facsimile machines ・Contact with cleaning companies ・Contact with linen companies.
