We are in charge of dealing with problems with system vendors and manufacturers, inquiries about hotel reservation systems, cable TV application support, and interpretation of three-party calls for administration-related inquiries. Even if you don't have call center experience, don't worry, we have manuals and careful training. Our office supports 6 languages (English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, and Vietnamese). [full time] 12:00 to 21:00 (60 minute break) [Short time] 17:00-21:00/18:00-21:00/18:00-22:00 (no breaks) ◎ There is a 10-minute short break at any time of day (paid) ◎ Shift submission: submitted on the 15th of every month ◎ Basically no overtime/late-night allowance available after 22:00 [About training] The start date will be adjusted according to your wishes!
