**Your Job** セ\-ルスエンジニア / Sales Engineer **Our Team** APN Sales は Molex の中で Global Sales and Marketing Div. の Asia Pacific North Sales Team として Automotive Tier 市場, Industrial 市場, Datacom Telecom 市場, Consumer 市場などでのビジネス拡大に取り組んでいます。特に 100 年に 1 度の大変革期を迎えている Automotive 市場においては,今後更なる成長の可能性があります。 APN では Automotive 市場のビジネス拡大に注力していくため, 2023 年 1 月に Automotive Tier チ\-ムを新たに編成しました。今回,電子部品業界での経験豊富なメンバ\-の方に加入頂き,効果的な拡販戦略の立案と実行を頂くことで APN 全体の強化,ビジネスの拡大と APN チ\-ムメンバ\-の成長を推進したいと考えています。 **What You Will Do** 1\. 中部エリアの Automotive , Industrial , Consumer 市場のビジネス拡大と新規顧客,案件の発掘。 2\. アカウント担当として中長期目線でのビジネス拡大に向けた戦略を立案,実行する。 3\. 顧客との Top relationship を含めた良好なパ\-トナ\-シップを構築。 4\. 営業関係部門(他営業チ\-ム,マ\-ケティングチ\-ム,代理店チ\-ム, Sales Operation ,カスタマ\-サ\-ビス)との信頼関係の構築と相互利益の追求。 5\. OEM 営業及び,関連 BU との連携による,グロ\-バルでの協業体制の構築。 **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** * コネクタビジネス及び関連する電子部品 ( 半導体等 ) の基礎知識 * 各種戦略実行の為,積極的に関連部門との連携及び実行する能力 * マ\-ケティング施策に関する基礎知識 * 営業に関するビジネスツ\-ル (SFA) に関する基礎知識 * 常に課題意識を持ち,自分自身と営業チ\-ムを成長させるために,自ら提案し,貢献出来るチ\-ムを構築する能力 * 日本語: ネイティブレベル * 英語:日常会話レベル(目安: TOEIC 600 点) **What Will Put You Ahead** * オ\-トモ\-ティブ市場,顧客の全般的な基礎知識 At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
