Job Description: **【Job Description】** The Data Management team is the central hub for expertise and best practices related to managing and overseeing the development of data assets, ensuring safe, responsible, and implementation across all Data Product and AI initiatives within AXA Japan. The role focuses on execution of technical data management policies and modern practices in the data platform. The role also covers data modelling and metadata management, which is a critical component of data management, providing well\-designed data foundations, ensuring that data structures are well\-organized, efficient, scalable, AI ready, and aligned with the needs of the organization. **【ポジション魅力ポイント/Position Attractive Points】*** Positioned as the hub for data management and governance, influencing Data Product and AI initiatives with high visibility to senior stakeholders. * Strong business impact and risk reduction.
