What You Will Do Gran Manibus, a technology-led business consulting firm under Sumitomo Corporation and SCSK Corporation, is looking for a seasoned data and analytics expert to bring data and modern technology to reinvent business which spans across various industries. At Gran Manibus, we are trying to evolve business consulting services to be more technology driven and will provide modern consulting experience which will deliver greater impact to our client’s business. As a consultant specializing in data engineering (Data Architect), you will be at the forefront of shaping our data infrastructure while also driving AI and machine learning initiatives within our engineering team. Your expertise will be pivotal in enabling agile development, seamless integration of DevOps practices, and innovative AI solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure efficient data management, security, scalability, and innovation. You will be primarily responsible for: Designing Data Infrastructure and ML/AI Pipelines Create and maintain data architecture, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Envision, build, deploy, and operationalize end-to-end machine learning (ML) and AI pipelines. Collaborate with data scientists and other AI professionals to identify and pilot AI use cases. Translate business leaders’ vision into realistic technical implementations, considering feasibility and architectural design. Agile and DevOps Integration for AI Align technical implementation with existing and future requirements by gathering inputs from multiple stakeholders. Select appropriate technologies from a pool of open-source and commercial offerings. Ensure seamless integration of AI tools with existing data management and analytics systems. Audit AI practices across data, models, and software engineering for continuous improvement. Data Governance, Security, and Ethical AI Audit databases regularly to maintain data quality and security. Work closely with security and risk leaders to address risks related to AI model training and deployment. Ensure ethical AI implementation and restore trust in AI systems Scalability, Performance, and Innovation. Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for performance and scalability. Identify areas for improvement in current systems. Stay abreast of AI advancements and propose innovative solutions. Communication and Collaboration Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff. Collaborate effectively within the information technology department. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning. In addition, the role is expected to support pre-sales through working with client leadership and client management team. What You Will Bring As a Data Architect, you bring expertise in creating design vision and strategy and turning them into actual design implementation through working with designers and engineers. An ideal candidate would have: Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role. Proficiency in database design and data transformation, ETL/ELT. Hands-on experience in database applications, big data solutions such as BigQuery, Apache Spark, Hadoop, etc. Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and MLOps Tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to work effectively in a cross-functional team. Overwhelming passion for technology and innovation.
