About The Role We are looking for a Ecommerce Product Manager (Junior–Mid level) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of campaigns and product launches across OWNDAYS’ online properties. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, merchandising, design, and development, and is responsible for ensuring requirements are clearly consolidated, timelines are managed, and releases happen smoothly and on time across regions. This is a hands-on coordination and delivery role, ideal for someone who has experience managing web projects or campaigns and wants to grow into a broader online leadership position. Native or fluent in Japanese (N1) and conversational English is a must. What your responsibilities will be Own the end-to-end online/web release timeline for campaigns, promotions, and new product launches across multiple regions Work closely with global merchandising, branding, marketing, retail, design, and development teams to gather and consolidate requirements Translate campaign and business requirements into clear deliverables and execution plans Coordinate schedules, dependencies, and approvals to ensure on-time publishing across all online properties Act as the main point of contact for online-related execution during campaign planning and launch phases Ensure content, visuals, pricing, and promotional mechanics are accurately reflected on site at launch Identify risks to timelines early and proactively propose solutions or adjustments Support post-launch checks and issue management to ensure stable performance Help improve internal processes, documentation, and workflows related to web releases and campaign execution Minimum Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in web operations, web project management, digital marketing, or e-commerce Experience with SEO and working with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, development, merchandising, etc.) Strong organizational and timeline management skills, with attention to detail Basic understanding of website structures, CMS workflows, and digital production processes Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in parallel across different stakeholders and regions Clear communication skills in a professional business environment Native-level Japanese required; conversational English is required. Exposure to e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, or project management tools Nice to Have: Experience working in a global or multi-regional organization Experience supporting product launches or large-scale campaigns Interest in fashion, retail, or consumer brands
