After joining the company, in addition to being able to participate in training sponsored by the manufacturer, senior employees provide careful one-on-one OJT guidance at the site, so it's a warm corporate culture where you can steadily acquire skills by asking more and more questions about things you don't understand. Also, since they go to the customer's site to do the work, being able to eat specialty gourmet food etc. from that area in between trips or when you have a little free time is a nice bonus unique to this active job. We will welcome you with a monthly salary of 300,000 yen or more and an estimated annual income of 4 million yen to 5.5 million yen.
